Hi, Lucy. Can you tell us about your role at One Nexus?

I am the Senior Customer Service Advisor for the Renault Drive programme. I do senior reporting for the programme and manage the team to make sure SLAs are met. I support with any queries or escalations the team might have and take any manager calls, where needed.

What is your experience in the automotive industry so far?
Before I started at One Nexus, my knowledge in the automotive industry was limited, but since starting with the company my knowledge about the industry has grown and I am still learning new things every day.

How has your journey with One Nexus been so far?
I started in March 2021 as a Customer Service Advisor on the Ford Rental Programme. I moved onto the Kia Rental Programme in 2022. This helped my knowledge grow in both departments. I then became a Senior for the NMS programme in July 2025.

What would you say you enjoy most about your job?
Working with a great team of people, providing good service to customers and supporting my colleagues with anything they need.

What was it about One Nexus that made you want to get involved?
Well, I didn’t really know much about the business beforehand, but my Dad said they were looking for Customer Service Advisors. I wanted to apply for the role as I wanted to try something different and find somewhere where I can work my way up in the business. The fact that my Dad’s been here for so long himself, shows what a good company it is.

Outside of work, what do you enjoy doing?
Spending time with the family is the main thing for me. I like travelling and going on walks with my dog Charlie.

Finally, what is one thing you would like readers to know about yourself or One Nexus that they might not know already?
One Nexus is a great company to work for, where you are able to grow and develop new skills. The support from managers across departments is something you don’t get in every job, but you certainly do at One Nexus.
